Owen Window Care, the business name of Owen PaintWorks & Window Care LLC (Manasquan, NJ), sends text messages only to customers who ask for them. This page explains how to opt in, what we send and how to stop.

Call or text us at (732) 612-0588. All automated Owen Window Care text messages, including missed-call replies and appointment texts, come from this number.

How to opt in

1. By phone (press 1). When you call (732) 612-0588, you hear this greeting:

Thanks for calling Owen Window Care. If we miss your call, we’ll offer to text you at this number about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

If we can’t answer, you hear:

Sorry we missed you. To get a text from Owen Window Care about your request, press 1. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

We text you only if you press 1. If you hang up or don’t press 1, we do not text you. We record the date and time you pressed 1 as your consent.

2. By text. Text START to (732) 612-0588 at any time.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

What we send

• A reply to your call about your request, quote or service. Example: “Hi, this is Owen Window Care. Sorry we missed your call! How can we help? Reply here to get a quote or schedule service. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Appointment confirmations and reminders. Example: “Owen Window Care: Your window cleaning is confirmed for Tue, Nov 4 between 9-11am. Reply to this text or call us to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out.”
• Replies to messages you send us.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Frequency, cost and help

• Message frequency varies based on your request and scheduled service.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Reply HELP for help, or email sales@owenwindowcare.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
